Documents performance checks results and shares them with relevant stakeholders. Assists Change Management Department Manager in developing change management communication strategy, highlighting essential components of change management message accordingly. Proposes actions and supports the Manager, Change Management Department in creating role-modeling ideas for senior managers and change agents in order to drive change. Facilitates strategy implementation by uncovering barries to change and suggests remedial actions accordingly.
