I - expatriate - Dubai - An established boutique law firm in Dubai is looking for a Wills and Probate solicitor/lawyer with UK and preferably UAE experience above 2/3 post qualification. They should have full knowledge of UK /UAE probate procedures and have experience in drafting a variety of Wills. Being STEP qualified and having local knowledge of Sharia Law is highly desirable. They should have excellent written and spoken English and have strong people skills. They must also have strong business/marketing development skills and the desire to bring new clients to the firm. Ideally a UK/Western qualified solicitor. Should work with minimal supervision and manage their own caseload.
