Kuwait City - Job Summary/Purpose: Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team. Responsibilities: 1. Record candidate's data in the Branded Career Channel or CV database. 2. Update and maintain the CV database. 3. Attend to walk-in applicants and collect CVs. 4. Conduct search for CVs and shortlist candidates as requested. 5. Schedule interviews with applicants. 6. Secure pre employment documents and follow up with the candidates to secure timely joining. 7. Prepare job offers and employment contracts. 8. Coordinate and follow up with Government Relations Section to secure work visas for overseas hires. 9. Participate in job fairs and local and overseas recruitment drives. 10. Ensure compliance to the HR Policies and procedures in general and Recruitment and Selection in particular.  Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.  Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on E-Synergy.  Adhere to company policies and health and safety re...
