They are now looking for an accomplished Commercial Manager to join the management team who is experienced in contracts and commercial work, with practical experience in formulation and interpretation of contract documents and commercial terms under the FIDIC form of contract. You will also be involved in establishing, preparing contractual letters, claims and variations. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will have a minimum of 16 years experience with large contractors involved in hotels, commercial or residential building projects. High rise experience is a definite advantage.
