Kuwait City - Purpose: Manages the day-to-day operations of CSA Staff and subcontractors by directing and coordinating requirements consistent with the CSSC-K contract and CSA established goals, objectives and policies. Follows direction set by the Chief Executive Officer. Implements programs to ensure attainment of contract requirements and CSA Business/Contract Management Plan. Provides direction and structure for subordinate contractors operations to ensure efficiency, quality and service, as well as the cost-effective management of resources. Primary liaison with the Administrative Contracting and Procuring Contracting Officers. Primary assistant to the CEO/GM in the development of CSA policy and strategic plans. Supervisory Role: Oversight of key subcontractors to Combat Support Associates.
