Kuwait - Job Summary/Purpose: To design strategy and programs to preserve and enhance the equity of different brands/ products Responsibilities: Strategic: Assist the Marketing Manager towards formulation of Marketing Strategy in line with the group's strategy, development of annual business plans for the brands managed, and marketing budgets Operational: Formulate business plan for the respective brands in order to ensure the following: -Effective Sales & distribution -Merchandising & Plano grams -Visibility and POSM -ATL (Media Print, Outdoor, etc…) -BTL (Sampling, consumer collecting, events sponsoring, etc…) -Branding guideline. -Budget Coordinate all activities related to development of new brands, preserving and enhancement of brand equity of existing brands, Preserve and enhance the reputation of brands to ensure Top of Mind (“TOM”) recall and expand consumer base through appropriate positioning and pricing strategy Manage commercial implementation of brand l...
