Kuwait City - A minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment field (preferably in an educational field). Knowledge in local & overseas recruitment process as per Labor laws & overseas country embassy requirement . Bilingual (knowledge of English & Arabic) Highly developed interpersonal & communication skills. Plans, organizes & Coordinates .the full recruitment process within the company and with Recruitment sourcing agencies. Arrange for the employment contract and completing the joining formalities of the newly recruited staff. Maintaining Recruitment reports as required Skills Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other relevant field. Good IT skills (MS office, outlook, job portal search engines) Ability to work under pressure, organized and well planned.
