Kuwait City - A. Overview: Assist in controlling and maintaining Spare Parts procurement in order to achieve objectives for sales, Inventory and profitability. B.Tasks: 1) Assist in stock ordering reviews and order placement process (local & overseas). 2) Input & update data in the Kerridge system 3) Update model codes in the system according to vehicle type and model 4) Monitor loss sales & Fill rate - suggest parts orders according to the demand 5) Lead Time analysis and back order follow up. 6) Update the Costing sheet where necessary 7) Arrange and maintain procurement data files and other related invoices 8) Perform other daily route work related to parts procurement in line with AS -DOS, N-CAM , ISO 9001 Skills - Excellent oral & written communication skills. - 2-3 years' experience in the same position or related industry. - Highly organized, goal oriented, and flexibility is a must. - Excellent Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications.
