Planning Engineer

Petroplan - Qatar - Petroplan are looking for a Planning Engineer for their Client, a World Leader in the Oil & Gas industry. This will be a short term contract assignment for 6 months based in Qatar. Key responsibilities will include: * Developing and maintaining accurate project schedules and plans at various phases of projects. * Analysing and reviewing the progress, reviewing and commenting on contractor planning and progress procedures and reports. * Developing, implementing and maintaining project planning & scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both company & contractor roles & responsibilities. * Developing preliminary schedules and establishing key dates for all phases of E&V projects (tendering, FEED and execution). * Reviewing and analysing Contractors' initial planning package (schedules, network, CPA, procedures). * Establishing and maintaining overall integrated schedule for the project portfolio. * Analysing monthly schedule submittals and preparing input into overall monthl...
