Leidos - Kuwait - Field Service Technician (Job Number:611047) Description: The Integrated Systems Group of Leidos has an immediate opening for a Field Service Technician for a position in Kuwait. JOB SUMMARY: The Field Service/Hardware Technician will be part of a dynamic team supporting ARCENT G2 Intelligence customers at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be capable of providing Tier I support to customers with hardware, software, and application problems, either solo or with phone support reach-back. These duties include but are not limited to diagnosing and resolving IT software and hardware problems, printer issues, permission issues, etc. Skills needed include: working knowledge of Active Directory, changing & issuing passwords, applying security groups, and managing roaming profiles; a working knowledge of computers, printers, laptops and common windows applications; scheduling and troubleshooting VTC conference issues, including VTC deconfliction, room changes, comms c...
