The candidate should have hands down experience in running of a paper mill specialized in paper making and also adequate exposure to other areas of paper mill such as stock preparation, utilities, Plant maintenance, instrumentation, quality control, product development etc. He should have adequate knowledge of costing. Should have good personality, Managerial Skills and excellent communicating ability. He should be a very good administrator in addition to hard working.
