Sultan Center - Kuwait City - Job Description -Ability to develop functional as well as technical design based on the business and functional processes, and be able to translate the same into project deliverables. -Should be able to ensure successful delivery. Provide implementation plan to users on design and implementation of CRM solution in the areas of CRM Sales/Marketing/Service functional areas, CRM Web UI and other Enhancements, Interfaces and Conversions. -Ability to manage custom code, design and implement required solution. -Experience in any standard package like SAP / Siebel CRM shall be added advantage. -Should have experience in at least two full life cycle end-to-end implementation.
