Chief Internal Auditor

Doha, Qatar - Directs and oversees the development of the Annual Audit Plan. Directs the identification and evaluation of risk areas for the development of the Annual Audit Plan and coordinates review and approval with the Audit Committee. Directs and oversees complex performance, financial, and compliance audit projects Reviews and approves the audit objectives, scope, and audit programs for assigned audit projects. Undertake special investigations at the directive of the Chief Executive Officer/Executive Committee. Liaising with the external auditors in order that both external and internal audit functions could be carried out efficiently and effectively with minimum duplication of efforts. Directs the preparation and review of Audit Committee quarterly meeting materials.
