Doha, Qatar - About Your Job: In this role you will plan, supervise and support the ticketing team with the aim of achieving optimal passenger satisfaction and consistent service levels. At the same time you will encourage teamwork, consistency of service and proper coordination. Your key accountabilities will include ensuring proper issuance of ATB for all types of ticketing transactions to reduce debit notes, dealing with mishandled passengers and reducing customer complaints and errors. You will support the Officer in supervising staff members whilst facilitating the smooth running of the section. You will handle the day-to-day briefing with the staffs and keep them updated with relevant changes in the industry and QR products/services. About You: To be successful in this role you should hold a relevant degree and a recognized lATA or Airline Advanced Passenger Tariff and Pricing Course.
