Qatar - About your job:: The Senior Officer Fraud Prevention will serve as the lead expect of the Privilege Club customer database. He will work closely with different sections of Privilege Club and other departments to provide accurate, critical data driven business information and actionable recommendations to eliminate any fraudulent staff/ member behaviour. Needs to understand different databases in Qatar Airways, and implement a relationship between them to help Qatar Airways maintain total view of the customer. Operational: Develop detailed knowledge of Privilege Club data along with core programme mechanics and partnership workings, Understand and use third party data as required.
