Doha, Qatar - Handle all external inquiries related to the parts inventory; supply and invoice parts against inquiries. Follow up on delivery notes. Assist parts counter salesmen in issuing parts to customers. Coordinate parts claims with suppliers and follow up as necessary. • Maintain updated lists of inventory and monitor stock levels. Coordinate with Supervisor to order required parts and assist with stock orders. Act on behalf of the Department Secretary when required. Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
