Sidra Medical Center - Doha, Qatar - The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness serves as a subject matter expert in the area of Organizational Culture & Workplace Diversity and leads the organizational effectiveness strategy using thought leadership and evidence based interventions, methodologies and practices. The role is also accountable for effectively managing resources, development and performance within own section.
