AL Faraa Group - Abu Dhabi - Job Description Qualification : Diploma/Bachelors in Civil Project : Construction of High rise building Should have atleast 3 years Gulf experience ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY: PRE TENDER WORKS -Technical review of contractual documents and drawings and notifying important points. -Quantity take off as per drawings and specifications for the project -Sending Queries to Consultant for clarifications of discrepancies if any in the contract documents and follow up -Sending subcontractor inquiry, evaluate subcontractor proposals and recommend acceptance -Pricing the Bill of Quantity. -Value engineering and alternate proposals if any. -Coordinating with planning department for preparing tender program and resource allocation -Arriving at net value of work and assisting GM for finalizing the Gross value of tender -Preparing tender documents for submittal.
