Kuwait - 1. Maintain the custody of float , cash book and making their entries; Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change2. Ensure availability packing bags, EDC rolls, Printer rolls, Stapler, Manual Bill book etc. at the respective cash tills3. Greet customers entering the stores4. Establish or identify prices of goods, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners; Scan the barcodes of the products bought by the customer 5. Make manual cash memos when barcodes are not there on products, in exceptional cases and hence immediately contact the IT when a barcode is not read so as to ensure that every transaction goes through the system6. Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits7. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers8.
