Key Responsibilities: Provides technical information and explanations; preparing quotations; manages sales cycle well and ensure prompt response to customer. Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the customer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism. Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers. Makes sales goals and assists other members of the sales department in meeting them. Ownership of team targets and KPIs; contribute to improving Customer Satisfaction. Participate in Sales Forecast Management and Weekly Reporting.
