United Arab Emirates University - Al Ain, Abu Dhabi - The College of Education is looking for a reliable Quality Assurance Lab Specialist to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met in relation to the College quality assurance system. Responsibilities of this position are as follows: - Overseeing the Quality Assurance Lab (QAL) by reviewing the efficiency of quality assessment systems and directing data collection, management, processing, and analysis; - Draft, consolidate, and edit team visit reports for subsequent review and evaluation by the CAEP committee chairs - Review data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system - Ensure the College key assessment data is disaggregated by programs - Document internal audit - Track Results over time and report on these results to the program coordinators/ Department Chairs. - Report minutes for the Accreditation meetings and other meetings related to the College Quality Assurance System. - Help in collecting, aggregating and disseminating key assessment dat...
