Develop and maintain (in conjunction with Global Procurement team) essential data tools enabling Global procurement community to have a clear sight of the portfolio of activities, their status, impact, timelines and efforts. Support Finance Manager with timely status reports, savings dashboard, performance management KPIs and other analysis essential to support global procurement function. Duties & Responsibilities Perform purchasing activities, such as: reviewing requisitions and advising departments on the appropriateness and adequacy of specifications for a variety of specialized items, selecting qualified bidders, securing quotations, making awards, reviewing departmental and vendor complaints, recommending action, and performing expediting functions.
