Dubai - Act as the main point of contact for all the people of determination coming to the Pavilion. Manage wheelchair provisions and other accessibility devices for visitors who are in need and provide additional assistance where necessary. Coordinate activities with other disciplines to maintain consistency and integrity in the operations. Get acquainted with accessibility routes; from queue lines for the entrance to exit points and elevator access. Be aware of all the other customer services provided by Pavilion team and be ready to support other departments when necessary. Develop, implement and deliver relevant training activities to Pavilion staff in coordination with certified professionals. Prepare reports and manage the inventory of accessibility devices. Additional Requirements: Minimum of 4 years' experience in customer services and individuals with disabilities. Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline of Disability Studies.
