Richemont - Dubai - MAIN PURPOSE The Project manager will be in charge of managing the international press treatments as well as certain events and initiatives related to the Women’s Pavilion at Expo 2020. The project entails skills in coordinating with all markets, managing agencies and budgets in a complex and evolving context. The Project manager will perform various coordinating tasks, along with administrative duties like maintaining project documentation, handling financial queries, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES EVENTS Support on the Women’s Initiative event and coordinate with HQ, Expo2020 team and the appointed agency and HQ. Find suitable venues to host workshops, forums for the programming. Coordinate with other departments and Boutiques for boutique initiatives and programming in line with the Women’s Pavilion project.
