Al Nahiya Group - Abu Dhabi - : JOB PURPOSE: Manage the day to day operation and maintenance functions of the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure electronic control of building services and systems. Provide preventive and reactive diagnosis for system controls. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Job Specific Accountabilities Routine Monitoring of the BMS System Carry out routine checks for correct operation of all control equipment as directed by the Facilities Management Department Manager. Monitor and record values of operating systems for proper performance and build a database of records to provide data for energy efficiency improvements.
