Credit information Network - Kuwait City - The Head of Customer Services Department is responsible for managing the activities of the department, such as but not limited to, managing subscriber accounts and walk-in customers and training the department’s employees. The HCSD is responsible to maintain customer relations and a point of contact between subscribers/customers and Company. Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an effective manner and in compliance with the set policies and procedures. Evaluate/ analyze customer service surveys received from customers and subscribers. Promote products and services to existing and potential subscribers. Ensure compliance with external regulatory parties, and maintain continuous communications. Attend periodic summits / meetings in Kuwait & GCC for Credit Bureau related topics and have enough details on products and value added services and best practices world-wide....
