Processing of Renewals i) Obtain, study, and send renewal notices to clients as per defined TATs ii) Engage the clients on phone / emails to ensure that Renewals are confirmed and Renewal ratio targets are met or exceeded iii) Liaise internally with producers and various other depts. - e.g. Underwriting, Operations and F&A - to make the renewal process as quick and efficient as possible 2. New Business i) Service the new business brought in by producers or by the BM directly. ii) Coordinate with Ops to have policy documents issued asap and as per TATs iii) Follow up with clients and internally for any changes/endorsements required in the policy 3.
