Working Hours: 8AM TO 5PM Working Week: 6 days a week Primary Job Responsibilities: Take inbound calls and handle/solve customer queries and issues. Transfer the inbound call to supervisor when it’s required. Handle calls in line with Call Centre protocols and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure data is entered correctly into systems and all data requirements are captured. Send Knpay links for the customers. Claim registration for individuals & corporate.
