Assist students to get ready for the first class by taking their books and stationery. Assist in facilitating learning and monitoring the progress of students in classroom activities. Assist in getting the students ready for learning activities, helping in preparing task groups, summarizing any brainstorm points or developing mind maps and also ensuring all students are engaged in these activities. Assist in taking digital photographs and video recordings. Conducting observations of individual and group of students to help ensure a good learning and informing the Class Teacher on the progress. Assist the Class Teacher and any FOSS Parent in library search, research, lesson and learning activity planning, including the use of assessment for learning (AFL), homework planning, and develop age-appropriate activities for lesson plans in conjunction with the Lead Teacher and homework assignment.
