- Processing employees’ leaves (Sick Leaves, Annual Leaves, Emergency Leaves, and Casual Leaves).
- Monitoring attendance, Rejoining and sending for payroll.
- Preparing official letters, memos and email corresponding.
- Processing Compensation & Benefits( Airfare Allowance, Educational allowance, RP Claim)
- Processing Business Trip allowances.
- Processing Resignation, Termination, Promotion, Increase in salary, Transfer and updating in HRM system.
- Performing performance evaluations and appraisal process.
- Assisting HR Manager during Investigations and Meetings, from Time to Time.
- Handling Audits, monitoring KPIs.
- Focal point of contact for any Employee relation issues.
- Carry out other work as assigned by Department Manager.
