Star Services - Abu Dhabi - Plans, directs & coordinates the Fabrication, Construction, Installation and Pre-Commissioning activities of the Project within the approved design and specs. Monitors and manages these activities of the Contractor and other service providers to ensure the design effectively carried through the construction and the Project is carried out safely, on schedule and within budget. 4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: · Ensures all aspects of the project during construction, installation commissioning activities are always promoted to first priority and demonstrate management commitment to HSE reporting and compliance. · Monitors thru PMC the implementation of the project plans.
