Abu Dhabi - Synopsis KB & Content Officer leads the updates and communication between Etihad and service providers to ensure that all updates reach all stakeholders accurately and on time. Provides Etihad sign-off for all articles. Accountabilities Responsible for defining and optimizing the KB structure and record management system ensuring ease of access and data integrity. Responsible for creating, maintaining and expanding a KB of pre-written content. Design and own the planning for the overall KB implementation.
