Under the direction of the divisional executive Chef -The role combines culinary skills, Training skills and food knowledge to develop new products, improve current products within defined parameters including recipe development, accurate documentation, ingredient declarations and cost. The ideal candidate must have knowledge in international food preparation at least 6+ years of practical experience.
