Al Ru'ya Bilingual School - Kuwait - Kuwait City - 1- Ensure understanding of school's policies practices, expectations. 2- Provide the class/subject teacher with support during both teaching and preparation lessons. 3- Provide extra help for slow learners during the lesson. 4- Assist with displays of class or subject materials, including those of students' work. 5- Assist with creating teacher made resources/displays. 6- Plan activities with class/subject teacher on a regular basis. 7- Work with individuals and groups of students as arranged by the class/subject teacher. 8- Substitute for the class/subject teacher in the event of his/her absence, or elsewhere in the English Program as directed. 9- Closely monitor student's progress. 10- Keep detailed records/anecdotal notes. 11- Attend all staff development workshops. 12- Ensure that students meet the expectations of the school in terms of behavior, and discipline. 13- Supervise students according to individual duty assignments outlined in duty schedule ....
