General Claims Receive General claims and ensure that all required information for processing is available. Assess details pertaining to the accident such as the amount of loss incurred by all parties, other parties’ insurance policy coverage, fault percentages of all parties involved, whether or not the insurance policy covers the accident, etc. Prepare the amount of liability towards the parties involved. Handle General claims processes (updating the system, issuing credit notes, and forwarding to the Finance department) while ensuring the accuracy of work and the completion of claims processing in a timely manner so as not to delay member re-imbursement.
