Combined Group Contracting Company (K.S.C.C) - Kuwait - To participate in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies, procedures and programs that align with the strategic goals of the Company. To support areas related to performance management such as the performance appraisal framework, employee reward schemes (e.g. base pay, incentives, reward schemes, and employee benefits) and employee development programs.
