-Reviews logs and records of work performed in relation to construction management activities. Manages preparation of periodic and special reports as required. Reviews accuracy of reports of contract work and other assigned activities, review progress, performance and completion of reports, purchase requests, requisitions, and reports of claims related to the discipline.
-Ensure project completion in a safe manner, within budget, on schedule, and in conformance with the appropriate standards, specifications and applicable regulatory requirements.
-Participate in monitoring and endorsing the design and job specifications to determine and evaluate appropriate construction methods, determine cost-effectiveness of plans and interprets the design and application of the adopted construction methods
-Monitors and controls all contractual commitments with contractors to ensure that work is being performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings and terms of the contract and that change orders and claims are processed in a timely manner.
-Follow up with contractors for proper closure of related discipline’s NCR’S by evaluating proposed solution and monitor implementation at the site.
