Responsibility of Mobile Phone Techs level 1/2: Diagnose and repair mobile phones on entry level Change LCD and touch screens on common mobile phone brands Change flex cables, cameras, back covers and front covers Repair minor faults on main boards Change internal batteries Reload OS on mobile phones, troubleshoot OS faults, knowledge of common repair and flashing boxes on the market today Responsibility of Mobile Phone Techs for level 3: Diagnose and repair mobile phones on a high level. This includes but not limited to, SMD Rework, Rerballing ICs, CPU's, Memory modules (NAND) Patching and repair of liquid damaged boards Using specialised equipment like Infrared soldering stations Using Hot air stations, soldering and patching Knowledge of different high level solutions for repair, like board repairs, likely faults and being able to find new and unique solutions Knowledge of common repair and...
