Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in maintenance:
(1) A/C (split & window type), installation, filters cleaning, piping, etc…
(2) Electrical (electrical outlet, switches, lines, lights, electrical house hold items, grounding, power, cable pulling, electrical piping, layout, panel board, breakers, etc...)
(3) Plumbing (sink/faucet, pipe threading, angle & gate valve, etc...)
(4) Telephone, fire alarm, smoke detector, troubleshooting (electric part).
