FABRICATION HSE & RISK LEAD

-Lead the Project PMT HSE team, providing regulatory advices and guidance
Perform, Health & Safety inspections and audits in compliance with project HSE activity schedule and COMPANY expectations
-Review and approve the Contractor's Project HSE Documents as per the Contract requirements
-Provide direction and work effectively in a complex multinational and multi-cultural environment
-Develop effective working relationships with PMT and Contractor's team
-Liaise when necessary with the Project Environmental and Regulatory Specialist
-Promote and support the identification, assessment and management of HSE risks in line with the HSE MS, Risks Management standard and ALARP principles
-Participate in the review of Job Safety Analysis for all critical activities and confirm that the residual risks are as low reasonably practicable (ALARP) prior to work commencement
-Ensure within his area of responsibility that all activities are properly covered by a specific or routine risk assessment or by a JSA
-Ensure daily that Contractor's fabrication teams are conducting effective Tool Box Talk sessions and task risks communicated to the workforce with the appropriate mitigation measures
-Ensure with the training program for Company personnel is effectively implemented and monitored.
-Ensure that Contractor training program is properly implemented as per the Project Contract requirements and Project SHE&S Plan
-Conducts periodic meetings with the Contractor to review progress and report on the Project HSE performance
-Provide consolidate weekly and monthly HSE activity reports to the Project Head of HSE
-Ensure that trend analysis is performed by Contractor concerning all incidents, observation/action cards and include the results within the periodic reports
-Participate in the Weekly Management tour and subsequent debriefing. Ensure findings are recorded by the Contractor within the HSE Action -Tracking Register (as per Contract requirement)
Coordinates the scheduling of HSE field personnel activities to ensure adequate coverage for project requirements
-Participate in the weekly and monthly HSE meetings organized by Contractor (as per Contract requirements)
-Support Contractor for the Project Behavioural Safety Program (or equivalent) implementation on the Project
-Ensure that information, lessons learned, safety messages are properly cascaded to the workforce and posted on project safety boards
-Propose safety campaign topics in coordination with the Contractor Project HSE Leader
-Ensure that all reportable and recordable incidents, as per the stewardship and categorisation requirements, are reported by -Contractor within the time frame as stated within the Contract Exhibit 8
-Participate in Contractor's incident investigations and root causes analysis sessions
-Ensure that adequate Emergency Response arrangements are in place including trained, competent emergency personnel and fit for purpose equipment

-Advise line management on resources and equipment needed for adequate work performance
