1. To achieve at least % of agreed sales target.
2. To gather market information (new projects, competitors, policy and prices).
3. To strengthen relationship with customers (new & existing).
4. Improve customer awareness of the products and services that we offer.
5. Proper usage of the ISO required forms (customer satisfaction, customer complaint, in order to improve our customer service standards.
6. Proper and informative daily reporting to GSM.
7. Smart and presentable appearance.
8. KPI’s reporting (number of visits per day, number of quotations made, conversation rate from quotation to invoice, number of new customers, and improving sales quality GP).
9. Follow ups on inquiries and given quotations
10. Eagerness to achieve targets and earn commission.
