Alghanim Industries - Kuwait City - The Assistant HR Manager will be responsible to oversee all HR Processes for the family office at Alghanim Industries. She/he is responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention of staff for the family office. Individuals in this role will need to be able to work independently and be highly results-driven, resourceful, flexible and self-motivated. Work in close cooperation with other relevant stakeholders including HRBPs to ensure alignment and compliance to Alghanim policies and processes. Implement best HR Practices for running a family office Develop initiatives to drive and foster employee engagement programs. Expediting completion of centralized HR processes such as 360, performance management objectives and appraisals etc., as applicable.
