VP Engineering

Our client, a leading technology start-up in the payment gateway business is looking to hire VP - Engineering role, to provide direct strategic support, technology vision and lead the development and implementation of the system wide IT programs. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and service delivery ownership for corporate captures and program delivery
• Lead solution development and develop content for proposal response
• Engage with customers to establish thought leadership and support captures
• Lead implementation of high priority corporate programs
• Build and sustain strategic technical partnerships
• Help build technical competency across the company
• Manage the weekly workflow planning—leading project scheduling, follow-up, and progress monitoring.
• Lead and enhance processes for performance monitoring, code review, and quality assurance, in staging and production environments.
• Lead ongoing implementation of company-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Maintain market-leading knowledge of software standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Assist the leadership with all related technical and administrative functions.
• Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each
• Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
• Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP
• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
