Kuwait City - Plan and analyze the restaurant sales and profitability and take required action to increase them. Prepare annual budget, plan expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions in order to achieve financial objectives. Control costs and minimize waste. Implement promotional plans. Plan and coordinate menus with the kitchen. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints. Ensure excellent customer service is delivered by all staff. Greet and advice guests. Supervise reservations for guests. Monitor inventory levels and order required supplies. Ensure compliance with licensing, quality, hygiene and health and safety standards.
