- Build and cultivate prospect relationships, understand needs of employers regarding current vacancies and generate leads by initiating strategic and targeted communications with SMEs
 - Conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel to meet monthly targets of qualified accounts
 - Manage lead generation through CRM for Qatar.
 - Understanding needs of employers regarding the vacancies they have
 - Clearly articulate business value to the customer and provide prompt and concise answers and quotes on product related enquiries,
 - Handle client complaints, investigate source of complaint and assist in finding the best solutions for client.
 - Enable cohesive integration of new leads into the CRM and maintaining and updating the database.
 - Work with the Business Development team and Relationship Managers to maximize lead to opportunity conversion, set up meetings and pass on relevant information
 - Bring new lead generation ideas and helping to refine sales messaging, prospecting, and qualifying by performing ad hoc market analysis and maintaining awareness of competitor services
