Rental Agent / Customer Service

1. Dealing with customer enquiries about the availability and cost of vehicles
2. Taking bookings and explaining the terms of rental or leasing agreements
3. Offer the customer with other types of products, such as car upgrades and additional insurance.
4. Completing paperwork with the customer and taking payments
5. Showing customers to their vehicle and pointing out any bumps, scrapes or special features
6. Checking mileage, traffic violations and inspecting for damage when vehicles are returned
7. Ensure the cars are clean, full of gas and ready for the next client.
8. Providing ongoing service and sales support, if you deal with regular business leasing accounts
9. Resolve overdue car rentals.
