Operations Manager – Offshore & Logistics - Candidzone Qatar

1. Responsible for all logistics operations for offshore locations.

2. Coordinating with Unit Managers of rigs, barges, platforms and boats for all supply needs.

3. Assess, prepare and implement all maintenance of Teyseer Services Company logistics materials including containers.

4. Liaise with major clients through regular meetings and visits both onshore and offshore.

5. Uphold the QMS and HSE systems for the company in respect of all locations under his responsibility.

6. Report directly to Director of Operations for all matters relating to the running of the contracts.

7. Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager for all matters relating to the running of the contracts.

8. Participate in staff training and assessment for all locations.

9. Ensure that staff rotations are performed correctly, and seats are booked on time.

10. Provide all end of month documents in time good time to FAD for early processing.

11. Coordination with OM’s on client management and obtaining Client feedback and responding the same to the management

12. Suggesting new methods for improving the quality & performance of offshore locations

13. Generating weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly reports.

14. Attending to employee grievances & reporting the same to HR for determining and solving the problems.

15. Closely monitoring motivational level of offshore employees & responding the same to DO/HRD

16. Assisting DO/HRD in order to identify employee for the month award(from offshore locations)

17. Closely monitoring accommodation arrangement for new staff of offshore as well for rotation staff.

18. Achieve excellence in all areas of service ensuring compliance with Company recognized standards

19. Ensuring that the performance appraisals of offshore employees are conducted on quarterly basis.

20. Conducting telephonic interviews in coordination with HR to select quality candidates for offshore locations.
