The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially during emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. Skills Responsibilities To assign ready orders to drivers taking in consideration distance of delivery locations and timings, but also considering any other factor that could delay the task using the computer and/or mobile phone. Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule. Coordinate work assignments and daily schedules with drivers and other department personnel.
