The Client Advisor acts as the brands ambassador within the department and is responsible for managing activities intended to achieve sales objectives namely, promoting product attributes to the client, developing and enhancing their skills to increase sales results, and participating in the promotion of a positive work/store environment.
The role include to be an ambassador of Galeries Lafayette, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Galeries Lafayette / Katara Avenue Client Ceremony. The Client Advisor strive to discover the clients and their every need, and guide them across the store. The Client Advisor will proactively reach out to the clients in order to achieve individual and team goals
