The Role: Overall responsibility for the risk management function Assist in the development of a risk platform and assist in the establishing and updating all risk policies & guidelines Responsible for the administration and direction of the risk department Responsible for preparing and submitting all files to the risk committee Monitor performance of the risk portfolio and report to the Executive Management Team on a periodic basis. Liaise and monitor Capital to ensure the portfolio is managed appropriately Member of the Risk Committee Assist in the recruitment of other staff members to the team and to the overall development of the risk department in line with business needs.
